Why, you may ask? Because my favorite workout class ever, Zumba with these lovely ladies, started back up today!!!

This picture may be cheating a little bit, but this email (and the class, obviously) were the highlights of my day. Catherine, Angela, and Emily love the Lord deeply and are committed to praising His name above all else. The Zumba classes that they teach are joyful and freeing! I I have a huge smile on my face the entire time...and it is a GREAT workout (which is why I am sore)! :)

REFIT is a new name for their time, and I love it. It is based on Revelation 21:5--Behold, I am making all things new. A new year, a new name, but the same fun, powerful, life-giving God. 

Thank you, Jesus, for things that make my little heart happy and keep me healthy--like Zumba. :)
